Main Street Market

Main Street Market operates six days a week. Thepublic marketplace serves as a center of commerce, a meeting place and a revitalization tool for our Central Business District. MainStreet Market is a daily venue for Louisiana products, cafés, coffee, natural foods, plants, shops, art and music. It is a favorite trolley stop for downtown passengers.

5th and Main (downtown)
Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM until 4 PM
Saturday - 8 AM until 2 PM
(Free Parking on Saturday in Galvez Garage)

Red Stick
Farmers Market

The first Red Stick Farmers Market opened in 1996 and today has become a favorite Saturday morning tradition for its many loyal patrons. Now, with two Mid Week Farmers Markets, the farmers offer locally grown and seasonal produce throughout the year. All three markets are producer-only markets where shoppers make a real connection to local farmers.

                          8 AM until Noon
        Tuesday at 8470 Goodwood Boulevard
           Thursday at Ardenwood and Florida
                     Saturday at 5th and Main
